NORMAL OPENING TIMES
Tuesdays - Fridays 9.00am - 6.00pm. (changing to 10am-6.00pm from 1st June 2012)
Saturdays 9.00am - 5.30pm. (changing to 10am-5.30pm from 1st June 2012)

DELIVERY TIMES - UPTO 3 DAYS

Although we use a reliable next working day delivery service, your order may take upto 3 days to be delivered as we are closed on Mondays. We, therefore, process orders taken over the weekend on Tuesdays.

Please make sure you leave a message in the 'message box' on the basket page if you know you may not be at home to sign for the parcel, thank you.

We also offer a Saturday morning delivery or a timed weekday morning delivery service (by 9am, 10am, or 12 noon). Please ask for prices and details.

We also use Royal Mail for the smaller parcels where we can charge an appropriately lower price.

We also dispatch parcels abroad. The system can only initially give an approximate price for postage at the time of ordering online, but once we receive your order, we will then weigh the item(s) and give you an accurate price by email.

Please note, for all online orders, we will not charge your credit card until we have checked the items you have ordered are in stock and that the postage (in particular, international orders) has been verified. We prefer to accept payment for international orders via Paypal. We will send you details once we have received your order.

POSTAGE COSTS

We offer a next workday courier service which generally costs £5 to most UK Mainland addresses (not including Scottish Highlands). For smaller items we charge between £2.50 and £5 via Royal Mail. Larger items such as skis are more likely to cost £8.50 to send via our courier. We try and opt for the most cost effective method when choosing between our courier and Royal Mail mainly on the smaller volume items.
It is important to note that in cases where your address is not UK Mainland, the postage shown when ordering items is entirely an estimate. Once your order is received, we will weigh the parcel and then suggest the options and pricing to you. Don't be put off by the postage price shown!
