This flexible item will self-inflate to a 35mm cushion, but can be further inflated with a couple of breathes, to a pillow, of up to 100m in thickness.

Complete with a velcro joining strip, for positioning at the top of your sleeping mattress, the cushion/pillow can be fixed in place for sleeping, or packed for use in a day sack.
