The Bridgedale Ascent Sock offers a highly technical multi-fabric design that's specifically designed to keep your feet drier and more comfortable during climbs, backpacking trips and extended day hikes. The innovative Moisture Management System features a moisture-conducting fiber layer against the skin that rapidly transfers perspiration to an outer absorbent layer. Once on the outer layer, the moisture remains away from your skin. By pairing the Ascent Sock with a breathable boot liner like Gore-Tex®, you optimize the comfort and performance of your hiking and climbing boots.

Coolmax and natural wool combine to draw and hold moisture away from feet, keeping them dry and comfortable. Nylon and Lycra® add durable stretch and a close, wrinkle-free fit to eliminate abrasion and blisters while the ribbed uppers and insteps provide gentle support to calves and arches.

Reinforced toes and heels, high-density padding and flat toe seams add durability, cushion and comfort.

Recommended for Gore-Tex® footwear.

Every 6 months, handwash your Bridgedale's, adding 5mls of olive oil to prevent the wool drying out.
