The anatomic absorber was first developed for military use... professional users, carrying heavy back packs at speed over extended distances. The insole has a Meshtex breathable absorbent covering, while the underside uses different density layers to decelerate the shock produced on impact and to offer increased metatarsal shock absorption. The 3 dimensional, contoured rear foot provides ankle and heel stabilisation while the radiused heel bowl, combined with heel strike deceleration cushioning reduces impact on joints and ligaments during walking and running.
