Stash BC

The Backcountry Access Stash BC includes a 3 litre reservoir to deliver simple hands-free hydration. The hose and bite valve are neatly stashed inside a super–insulated Stash hydration sleeve in the shoulder strap which prevents contamination, annoying positioning of the bite valve and where they are kept warm by body heat to prevent freezing. In addition the sleeve is also lined with Outlast®, a temperature regulating fabric, as a further measure to keep your water from freezing in cold weather. The originators of freeze proof hydration, BCA realizes that proper hydration is your key to bagging peaks and slashing powder. By carrying a freeze proof system you can guarantee that your day won't be spoiled by dehydration caused by a frozen tube. The Stash hydration system doesn’t just slow down the freezing process, it reverses it. Conductive mesh extracts heat from your steaming armpit, then traps it inside the super insulated Stash sleeve. This keeps your hydration system free of ice–giving you plenty of vertical to brag about over a cold one at the end of the day. Storm proof zips and convenient internal pockets for shovel and probe make this a very user friendly bag to have with you on the mountain. There are compression straps to help secure the load and a stowable helmet carrying system. The Stash BC can carry skis either A-frame or diagonally using the noose ski carry system and is compatible with a snowboard. The noose ski carry system allows on-the-fly adjustments.

Tracker DTS™

The Tracker DTS™ is the world's best-selling transceiver and is also the world's first digital avalanche transceiver. It's was also the first transceiver to have a dual receiving antenna which uses the industry's fastest digital signal processing technology to give an accurate position, directional and audible searching using bright, temperature resistant LED's which are visible in adverse light and with a back lit screen and reliable multiple burial search system. The digital signal processing technology eliminates the stop-and-go processes of traditional "grid" and "tangent" searching. Instead, the user follows a simple "flux line" search, which can be significantly faster for both novices and experts. As an extra safety feature the Tracker reverts to transmit mode after 5 minutes in search mode.The Tracker is now as easy to put on as it is to use, the new carrying system provides out-of-the-box simplicity, just like the Tracker itself. The B-1 System with Probe is the world’s lightest, most compact shovel and probe combination. Featuring an oval shaft with a tight rattle-free blade, an easily packable “neckless” blade, an ergonomic grip, super strong torsional rigidity and a sexy industrial design. The 1.8 cm probe is stored in the shaft of the handle.
