The Aku Larosa uses Air8000 fabric in the upper, which is more breathable than standard fabrics so the result is less sweat inside the boot. There is also a Gore-Tex waterproof lining to maintain dry feet. Underfoot the boot has a medium stiffness, which makes this suitable for rockier terrain while Vibram® Plume hiking outsole has deep lugs to keep a grip in the mud. This modern styled boot fulfils the traditional needs of a hill-walker.
