Delivery Time

Orders received before 2pm and shipped using our standard courier delivery service to addresses within mainland UK are normally delivered next working day. Orders placed after 2pm, or for delivery to addresses in The Scottish Highlands or Outer Isles, typically take one day longer.

Please note: we are unable to dispatch orders on Saturdays, Sundays or Mondays. Orders placed on these days will be dispatched on Tuesday.

Your order will require a signature upon delivery - please ensure that someone will be available to do this. Alternatively:

• We are happy to deliver to your work address, if this is more convenient for you.
• If you would like your goods left somewhere safe on your property, then please state this in the 'message box' on the checkout page.

Delivery Cost

The cost of shipping is calculated at checkout, and will depend on:

• The total weight of item(s).
• Delivery location.

Examples of typical delivery costs to mainland UK using our standard courier delivery option:

• Pair of walking boots - £5.00
• Pair of skis - £8.00 to £10.00

Small items

If your order is under 2kg in weight, you will be given the option of delivery by Royal Mail post at checkout. This will be a cheaper option (typically £2.00 - £5.00), but please note that your parcel will not be tracked, and that it will take slightly longer to deliver (typically 1-2 days).

Urgent orders

We offer a Saturday morning delivery service, or a timed weekday morning delivery service (by 9am, 10am, or 12 noon). Please contact us for prices and availability.

Please note: our cut-off time for next day delivery is normally 2pm.

International orders

An approximate charge for shipping overseas will be shown at checkout when placing your order. Once we have received your order, we will be able to calculate the exact shipping charge for your location, and for the weight and dimensions of the item(s) ordered. We will then contact you via email with the actual price and delivery time.

Please note: no charge will be made to you until you have agreed to the postage costs quoted.
