TSA airline regulations for travel within and to and from the USA, prohibit the locking of luggage. The 'non-locking' Wire Case Pin allows your Sportube to be secured but not locked. Each pack contains 2 pins - one for immediate use and one to keep on hand just in case. Sportubes can be locked with a Sportube TSA Combination Cable Lock for added security.
