This innovative, lightweight 10-point crampon with front-points is designed primarily for winter hill walking rather than mountaineering or climbing. The steel crampons are designed to significantly reduce balling. The innovative X design with an M-shaped deflection eliminates the majority of the cross friction that allows snow to build up. Combined with a new lightweight Vibram® anti-balling plate and smooth finish, users can hike and walk with absolute security in any kind of snow in any part of the world. Thermoplastic heel and toe harnesses wrap around nearly any boot and are secured by straps.
