The CamelBak Pit Boss™ is a winter hydration pack designed for skiers who ski the whole mountain. The tube runs through the right shoulder strap to help keep the water in the tube from freezing. The Pit Boss™ comes with the Therminator, a new harness that completely encloses the drinking tube and even has room for hand warmers for those super-cold winter days. The burst-resistant OMEGA® reservoir holds 3.0 liters and uses HydroGuard™, a CamelBak proprietary antimicrobial technology, embedded directly into the reservoir and tube walls. HydroGuard™ however, does not protect the user against disease-causing organisms. Always clean the bottle after each use. The inventive design allows access to essential gear without having to remove the pack. Inside there are pockets for probe, skins etc, and on the outside is a pocket for a shovel, the Pit Boss™ has 29.5 litres total capacity for all those ski essentials. For ski and board carriage the Pit Boss™ system holds skis diagonally or a board vertically.
