More exercises, tips and explanations will help to take your skiing to the next level. As with Lesson 2 the learning process is progressive and works under the philosophy of matching skill development with confidence building. The Lesson 3 DVD is once again split into sections with Carving, Steeps, Moguls and Freeride. The sections are specifically developed as a natural continuum from Ski Academy - Lesson 2 so is designed to help take skiers from being just an intermediate and to develope their skills to an advanced-expert level. The DVD will also cater for expert skiers and offer tips on preparation for competition, becoming a ski instructor and using snowparks.
